Customer data is stored in Australia (Sydney). AI features process the relevant content overseas (currently the United States) under a data processing agreement, disclosed under Australian Privacy Principle 8. If you use the phone features, call recordings and text message records may also be stored in the United States by our telephony provider, Twilio. Our Privacy Policy sets out the detail, including every third-party service we use.
