These Terms govern your access to and use of CRMandGo, a product of the MyAndGo ecosystem operated by Fintech Development Pty Ltd (ACN 655 608 969) ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account or using the platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
You are responsible for the activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure. You must use CRMandGo lawfully and in line with the Australian Privacy Principles when handling your customers' data.
Paid plans are billed in advance in AUD. You can change or cancel your plan at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
We aim for high availability and store your data in Australia (Sydney). You retain ownership of the data you put into CRMandGo and can export it.
